At the same time we are also offering additional program of applied Buddhism for a wider range of students, guiding them to apply the essence of the Buddha Dharma into everyday life. They consist of regular classes, meditation sessions, and short courses.

Additional programs of applied Buddhism are certified programs. They are based on the essence of Tibetan Buddhism, lead by qualified teachers and designed for application to the challenges of modern life. The program for the school year 2021/2022 consists of:

The Light of Meditation classes (Lamrim genre – gradual path to enlightenment)
Meditation sessions based on The Light of Meditation (Lamrim meditations)
Shorter courses (e.g. Lamrim course)
